Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. and international payroll operations

- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for a global workforce
- Drive efficiencies and support continued growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of domestic and international payroll experience
- Expertise in payroll compliance
- Hands-on experience with equity compensation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with payroll software and systems
