Global Mobility and Compensation Manager
About the role
This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage our employee compensation and stock programs. Play a key role in Epic's business operations by managing and optimizing our international compensation programs. Working with stakeholders and executives, you will help identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally.
- Analyze country-specific considerations for compensation and stock programs.
- Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Simplify complex topics into easily understood concepts.
Requirements
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID-19 vaccination.
