Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Access, and Corporate Communications to align medical plans with portfolio objectives
- Serve as key medical representative on clinical development and study execution teams
- Develop integrated medical evidence plans for early pipeline assets
- Oversee medical communication strategies, including publications and KOL engagement
- Provide medical leadership across the medical matrix team for engagements and education
- Engage with external thought leaders and advocacy groups to uphold scientific credibility
- Mentor and develop medical staff within a matrixed environment
- Utilize AI to enhance program and portfolio performance through prioritization
Qualifications
- MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent scientific or medical training)
- 7+ years in medical affairs in oncology pharmaceutical/biotech, preferably with radiopharmaceuticals and/or GI cancer experience
- Proven collaboration skills with clinical development, corporate communications, and commercial teams
- Demonstrated experience in executing global medical strategy and evidence generation
- Ability to lead a global cross-functional medical matrix team
- Excellent communication and influence skills with senior leadership and scientific community
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking
Pay
$241,768 – $292,966 annually
