As the Global Medical Affairs Leader for external engagement in GU/GYN, you will connect our science to the world’s most influential voices, shaping conversations at major congresses and across indications so patients benefit sooner. Working hand-in-hand with indication leads, GMALs, and cross-functional partners, you will design and deliver a unified engagement strategy across assets and indications, ensuring coherent scientific exchange and high-quality execution. Reporting to the Global Medical GU/GYN Franchise Head, you will be pivotal in how our pipeline is perceived, discussed and adopted globally. Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive Global GU/GYN Engagement Strategy that reflects the strategic priorities across the franchise, ensuring a consistent and compelling scientific narrative across assets and indications.
• Coordinate congress engagement planning to maximise the impact of Global Medical at major conferences, elevating visibility and clarity of our science.
• Oversee the GU/GYN GMA external engagement planning and outreach process for major congresses to ensure a smooth, cross-functionally aligned approach from planning through debrief.
• Successfully deliver key global scientific exchange activities, including large in-person events, that reflect the therapy area
