Global Markets - Associate (Derivatives)

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and agreements for various transactions
• Review legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Contribute to the department's knowledge base and resources
• Advise clients and prepare formal legal opinions
• Lead negotiations with counterparties to reach agreements
• Handle matter completion and post-closing tasks

Qualifications

• Mid-level New York qualified derivatives lawyer with credit derivatives experience
• Proficient in structured credit transactions and US regulatory frameworks
• Strong organizational skills for effective transaction management
• Excellent academic record demonstrating legal proficiency
• Experience in cross-border transactions
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Meticulous attention to detail

Pay

$260,000 – $420,000 annually
