About the role

This role is responsible for driving manufacturing readiness, supporting plant-to-plant transfers, and ensuring accurate and controlled engineering and supply chain execution across global sites.

Responsibilities

  • Drive manufacturing readiness and support plant-to-plant transfers
  • Ensure accurate and controlled engineering and supply chain execution
  • Support end-to-end supply chain activities including supplier management, material flow, and production support
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, workmanship standards, BOMs, and process documentation
  • Manage global supply chain activities across multiple international sites
  • Work knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or similar)
  • Experience with project tracking tools and manufacturing execution reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, including EOL and NPD stage-gate execution
  • Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, workmanship standards, BOMs, and process documentation
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or similar)
  • Experience with project tracking tools and manufacturing execution reporting
  • Ability to manage global supply chain activities across multiple international sites
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
