Global Logistics Process Improvement Program Manager
Responsibilities
Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives: Drive and execute LEAN Kaizen events and other process improvement methodologies across the global supply chain, focusing on inbound, fulfillment, and final mile delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, data analytics teams, and external third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities.
Leverage Technology & AI: Identify and deploy new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Using insight & analytics along with physical process reviews within distribution centers to uncover root causes of inefficiency and develop actionable solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align partner teams and 3P service providers to drive results and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record leading Kaizen events and delivering measurable supply chain improvements.
- Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, high-level strategies that drive business results.
- Experience with supply chain systems, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, etc.).
- Demonstrated executive-level experience in engaging, influencing, and aligning priorities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing relationships and driving results with 3PLs and other service providers.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and optimizing physical processes in distribution centers and logistics operations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Experience in both B2B and D2C logistics environments.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and AI-driven supply chain solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
