Global Kinaxis Solution Architect

About the role

As a Global Kinaxis Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our technology team, collaborating with leading experts to solve our clients’ most complex challenges across Consumer, Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial, and Retail industries. Your role will focus on driving large-scale supply chain transformations by leveraging the Kinaxis Platform and industry best practices. We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented professionals with diverse perspectives and a passion for shaping the future of supply chain technology.

You will be supported by dedicated mentors, career counselors, and customized training programs to help you succeed. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and supply chain transformation strategies.
• Define data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.
• Establish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
• Partner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.
• Advise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.
• Drive executive-level discussions regarding transformation opportunities and roadmap development.
• Lead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, including configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Provide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Define integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with data engineering and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.
• Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Evaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and roadmap enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven planning, and advanced analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on supply chain management and advanced planning systems.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Technology implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs and a strong understanding of planning processes and supply chain operations.

Pay

Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:

• California: $132,500 to $338,300
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
• Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
• Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
• Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
• New York: $122,700 to $338,300
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
• Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
• Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
