Global Kids -After School Program Group Leader

About the role

Responsible for leading an after-school program group at Global Kids. Facilitating educational activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement educational activities tailored to children’s interests and developmental needs.
• Supervise children during program hours to ensure their safety and engagement.
• Collaborate with other staff members to develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s progress and any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school or community setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
