Global IT Project Manager - Infrastructure PMO

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a manufacturing environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
• Monitor progress and ensure governance across all phases
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 15+ years of experience in formal IT infrastructure project management (PMO)
• Proven success in delivering IT projects in a matrixed organization
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of Waterfall methodologies with Agile execution capabilities
• PMP Certification required
• Network and industrial construction experience a plus
• Must already have work authorization for the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
