Responsibilities
- Integrate multiple sources of evidence, including primary research, ad hoc secondary analytics, competitive intelligence, advisory boards, internal knowledge, and cross functional input, to inform strategic decision making
- Develop and execute insights plans for key oncology & hematology assets, ensuring activities are aligned to evolving business & stakeholder priorities
- Lead primary market research across study design, research material development, execution, analysis, synthesis, and communication of implications to inform strategic business priorities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations by connecting market, customer, access, clinical, and competitive dynamics into clear strategic implications
- Partner across Global Marketing, Value & Access, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Analytics, Medical, and other functions to embed insights into business planning and decision making

- Strategic synthesis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information, identify implications, and develop actionable recommendations
- Cross functional influence and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in parallel, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving priorities
- Primary market research expertise, including experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as opportunity assessments, patient journey, positioning, message testing, segmentation, and concept testing
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Oncology and hematology market knowledge, including understanding of treatment decision making, competitive landscapes, clinical differentiation, patient journeys, and evolving standards of care
- Biopharmaceutical commercialization fluency, including familiarity with pipeline, launch, lifecycle strategy, forecasts, competitive intelligence, and commonly used industry datasets and databases
