Work you'll do
- SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
- SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
- Application Onboarding and support
- Lifecycle Management
- PAM Integration
- Account Creation and onboarding
- Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
- Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
- Effort estimation & project planning
- Directing development resources assigned
- Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
- Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving
- Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
- Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
- Strong communication skills for employees above and below
- Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
- Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
- SCIM API Experience
- Web Services Connector Experience
- Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
- Strong BeanShell/Java
- Certification and Access Review
- Access Request Support
- Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
- Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
- Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support
