Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer

Work you'll do

• SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
• SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
• Application Onboarding and support
• Lifecycle Management
• PAM Integration
• Account Creation and onboarding
• Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
• Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
• Effort estimation & project planning
• Directing development resources assigned
• Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
• Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving
• Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
• Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams

Qualifications

• Analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
• Strong communication skills for employees above and below
• Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
• Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
• SCIM API Experience
• Web Services Connector Experience
• Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
• Strong BeanShell/Java
• Certification and Access Review
• Access Request Support
• Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
• Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
• Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support
