Work you'll do
- Platform and infrastructure monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Test document preparation, creation, and execution for any fixes or during upgrades
- Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving
- Prioritization and escalation of issues as necessary
- Certificate rotation and management
- Password rotation and management
- Basic experience with Apache Tomcat
- Mailbox monitoring and response
- Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
- System Health and Maintenance Support
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience with SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with peers and cross-functional teams
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive specific efforts forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
- General ability to create documentation, enhance knowledge articles, etc.
- Microsoft Office capabilities (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements
- Available for on-call 24x7 support
