Global Head of Product Marketing, US
This role
As Global Head of Product Marketing at Partly, you will define and own how Partly is understood across the world — across two product layers, a multi-sided network, and three active markets. Partly operates two connected layers. Partly.com is the infrastructure platform — the B2B layer that software companies, OEMs, and enterprises build on. Partly.ai is the AI-powered tool for repair shops, built on top of that infrastructure, that makes finding and sourcing the right part genuinely effortless. Both are powered by the Interpreter, our proprietary foundational AI model — a genuine technological breakthrough in how automotive parts are understood at scale.
What will you do
- Define Partly's AI category
- Partly is not just an infrastructure company and not just an AI company — it's the intersection of both, in a market that hasn't seen this before.
- Own the category definition: what is Partly in the AI era? How do we establish "AI infrastructure for automotive parts" as the recognised frame before someone else does?
- Bring the Interpreter model to market
- Develop the language, proof points, and commercial narratives that make the Interpreter understandable for every buyer type.
- Partner closely with Jo (Product GM) to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling commercial value.
- Tailor messaging for repairers, enterprise evaluators, and insurer CTOs alike.
- Tell one coherent story across two product layers.
- Own the positioning architecture connecting Partly.com (infrastructure) and Partly.ai (AI for repairers).
- Ensure each audience understands their value proposition while reinforcing one unified company narrative.
- Position across the full multi-sided network.
- Create ICP-specific messaging for repairers, MSOs, insurers, OEM dealers, suppliers, and software developers.
- Drive global positioning consistency.
- Ensure consistent positioning across Austin, London, and Auckland.
- Partner closely with UK, NZ, and US commercial teams to align messaging.
- Travel regularly to understand market-specific nuances while maintaining a unified global narrative.
- Develop multi-market case studies.
- Create compelling customer stories across repairers, MSOs, insurers, and OEMs.
- Turn early customer wins into scalable proof points that strengthen enterprise sales conversations.
- Build AI-powered content operations.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies to scale content creation.
- Create efficient systems for producing one-pagers, battlecards, thought leadership, and enablement assets.
- Create repeatable workflows that increase output without increasing headcount.
Your skills
- Product marketing experience in AI, API, infrastructure, or platform companies.
- Experience creating or defining AI categories, not simply positioning against competitors.
- Strong understanding of bringing foundational AI models and AI-native products to market.
- Experience marketing multi-sided platforms with multiple buyer personas.
- Global product marketing experience across multiple regions and markets.
- Strong partnership with enterprise sales teams and experience supporting complex deal cycles.
- Deep fluency with AI tools and AI-assisted content workflows, with demonstrated productivity gains.
- Exceptional written communication and narrative development skills.
- Comfortable with regular international travel across the UK and New Zealand.
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience in automotive, insurance, logistics, supply chain, or other operationally complex industries.
- Background in API-first or developer-focused companies.
- Experience as the first Product Marketing hire at a scaling startup.
- Experience commercialising proprietary AI models, datasets, or foundational AI technologies.
Please note
- If you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.
- Many people count themselves out. We'd love the chance to learn more about you and why you're exceptional.
