Global Head of Finance, Project & Development Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to PDS leadership on strategic priorities and resource allocation
• Represent the finance function in PDS leadership and finance team meetings
• Oversee the PDS P&L, conducting thorough performance analysis and providing actionable recommendations
• Offer strategic guidance for commercial deal structuring, pricing strategies, and M&A transactions
• Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, KPI frameworks, and scenario modeling
• Ensure financial governance through controllership integration and smooth audit processes
• Manage and develop the global PDS finance team while implementing AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in operations finance, FP&A, and commercial deal support in global professional services, real estate, or construction
• Proven P&L ownership experience partnering with segment CEOs and senior finance leaders
• Advanced financial modeling and commercial structuring skills
• Experience managing global finance teams across multiple geographic locations
• Expertise in scalable FP&A process design and governance in complex organizations
• Professional finance qualification such as CPA or ACA

Pay

$275,000 – $325,000 annually
