Requirements

• Feed Milling or Agricultural Processing Experience
• Application Systems and Field Execution Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant field
• Experience managing or improving performance across an installed base of systems
• Experience defining and implementing standardized approaches for field execution
• Proven ability to diagnose system performance issues and implement practical solutions
• Experience working directly with customers in operational environments
• Experience working with system data, monitoring tools, or operational reporting
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and operate across multiple regions and cultures
• Experience with industrial automation, PLC systems, SCADA platforms, remote monitoring technologies, or digital performance monitoring tools
• Experience working across multiple regions or supporting global operations
• Experience applying structured approaches to improve system performance
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety frameworks such as OSHA, IOSH, GMP, HACCP, or similar operational safety standards
• Exposure to asset reliability, maintenance strategies, or performance optimization approaches within industrial systems
