Global Force Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provides executive level Global Force Management (GFM) assessments to the Director of Operations and Commanding General and meets SOCCENT GFM force requirements objectives.
• Executes operational level force requirements planning for SOCCENT and all subordinate SOF formations; forecast SOF and conventional enabler requirements to support named operations and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) EXORDs.
• Provides SOF expertise to CENTCOM in all phases of GFM activities and assesses sourcing recommendations from SOCOM and the Services to meet operational objectives.
• Forescasts JCET priority of effort recommendation for CG approval and recommends allocation of available forces to meet JCET priorities; facilitates JCET package submission to SOCOM.

Qualifications

Special Operations Forces (SOF) Global Force Management Analyst position requires extensive experience in Global Force Management (GFM), with a focus on SOCCENT and its subordinate formations. Expertise in forecasting and allocating forces to meet operational objectives is essential. Proficiency in assessing sourcing recommendations from SOCOM and the Services is also required. Knowledge of Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) EXORDs and CENTCOM operations is beneficial.
