Global Field Services Director

Responsibilities

• Direct global field service strategy and operating model
• Establish objectives and scorecards for standardized operating reviews
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve issues
• Own service commercial rhythm to grow profitable revenue
• Drive global parts strategy to support fab uptime commitments
• Ensure field readiness for new product introductions
• Develop organizational capability and succession plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in field service/service operations for semiconductor capital equipment
• Strong familiarity with service systems of record (ERP/CRM/service management)
• Proven ability to lead across cultures and communicate with executive stakeholders
• Experience with service-commercial aspects including budgeting and forecasting

Pay

$167,000 – $250,000 annually
