Responsibilities

  • Report into the SVP, Future Creative and own the global production operations system: intake, tiering, scheduling, resourcing, and capacity management across US and UK hubs
  • Lead Production Management as function head: the Director, Production Management (US), the Senior Production Manager (UK), and their teams
  • Run studio budgeting standards, cost tracking, and utilization reporting; partner with Finance on the studio P&L
  • Administer the studio operating rhythm: Studios Leadership Team secretary, production status, monthly business reviews, and the quarterly OKR reset
  • Own the freelance and vendor network including rate cards, framework agreements, the freelance convertible pathway, and quality management
  • Manage the cross-functional interface: triage Legal, Compliance, Licensing, and Rights items for productions in both regions
  • Manage studio facilities, kit, edit infrastructure, and the production technology roadmap including DAM and AI workflow enablement
  • Own risk, safety, insurance, and compliance across productions in both regions
  • Continuously improve unit economics: cost per asset, turnaround time, and first-pass quality

Requirements

  • 10+ years in production operations or production management at a studio, publisher, agency, or streamer, with 4+ years at director level or above
  • Experience running operations across multiple markets or hubs, ideally US and UK
  • Deep command of budgeting, scheduling, resourcing tools, and production finance
  • Track record standing up or transforming intake and capacity systems at scale
  • Vendor and facilities management experience including negotiation of framework rates
  • Calm, systems-minded leadership under high-volume delivery pressure

Pay

The expected range for this role is $151,000 - $175,000.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days from the New York office.
