Global Events Manager
ARIS is a Process Intelligence company that helps organizations discover, create, and transform their processes to deliver measurable business outcomes and scale AI with confidence. It combines process design, real execution insight, and AI-driven optimization in a single, integrated platform—enabling organizations to build a governed digital twin of their operations, understand how work actually happens, and continuously deliver value across the enterprise.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Global Events Manager to plan, execute, and optimize a portfolio of corporate events focusing on our flagship Roadshow program, Customer Advisory Board, and other key activities that drive customer engagement and company growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on logistics, loves a well-run project plan, and can manage a budget as confidently as they manage a room full of vendors on event day. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver events that support pipeline generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of company events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, sponsorships, and internal/client events
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, managing multiple events simultaneously
- Build, track, and manage event budgets—negotiating with vendors, reconciling spend, and reporting on ROI
- Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, caterers, AV teams, and contractors
- Coordinate logistics including travel, shipping, booth/signage production, staffing, and on-site execution
- Manage event data and workflows in Monday.com, keeping stakeholders aligned on status and deliverables
- Use Salesforce and Marketo to track event-sourced leads, registration data, and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Build clear, polished presentations and post-event reports for leadership, summarizing outcomes, spend, and recommendations
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements for key speakers, delegates, and ARIS executives
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets for budgets, run-of-show documents, vendor contacts, and attendee tracking on Monday.com
- Travel on-site to manage event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
- Continuously identify process improvements to make events run more efficiently
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event management, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing event budgets from planning through reconciliation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines at once
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Marketo (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach when things inevitably go sideways on-site
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership
- Willingness to travel (international 30-40%)
Nice to Have
- Experience in fast-growth, SaaS environments
- Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event platforms
- Experience managing trade show booths or large-scale conference presence
- PMP or CMP certifications
Benefits
- Competitive compensation and country-specific benefits
- Flexible working model depending on country and local policy
- Opportunity to work with enterprise customers across industries on complex transformation challenges
- Professional growth through exposure to process intelligence, AI-driven transformation, and strategic customer engagements
- A role with direct impact on pipeline growth, win rates, and long-term customer value
