Global Engineer, Enterprise Solutions - REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support to internal teams and external clients, including installation and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to influence product implementation and integration
• Respond to security events and assist in remediation of cybersecurity incidents
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues and deliver innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of IHC, Histology, Pathology marketplace, or a related discipline
• Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining digital pathology instruments and software
• Ability to discuss network, system resources, and security with customer IT managers
• Knowledge of installing/upgrading clients/servers and peripherals like network interfaces, firewalls, barcode readers, and printers

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
