About the Role

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Global Delivery Program Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will lead and directly manage a team of Enterprise Program Managers responsible for delivering results across large, complex global and enterprise accounts. You will provide strategic direction, governance, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth. You will partner with regional and executive leadership to scale programs effectively, resolve escalations, and continuously improve delivery maturity across the enterprise portfolio. Effectively drive operational excellence by exceeding customer expectations in the execution of projects, initiatives and services. What You'll Do

Enterprise Program Manager Leadership & Oversight

  • Directly manages and develops a team of Program Managers, setting clear expectations for performance, accountability, and customer outcomes.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management, including goal setting, career development, and succession planning.
  • Leads recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new Program Managers to support growth and coverage needs.

Program Governance & Execution Excellence

  • Establishes and enforces program governance standards, delivery frameworks, and operating rhythms across all assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Ensures Program Managers are effectively executing customer playbooks, reporting, financial controls, and communication plans.
  • Acts as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, financial, or customer issues, engaging executive leadership as needed.

Customer & Executive Engagement

  • Maintains executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers, partnering with assigned Program Managers to strengthen trust and long-term alignment.
  • Participates selectively in customer engagements and business reviews, focusing on strategy, performance trends, and continuous improvement, rather than day-to-day operations.
  • Ensures consistent, high-quality executive communications and business reviews across the enterprise portfolio.

Operational & Financial Performance Management

  • Oversees portfolio-level financial performance, including margin, revenue growth, risk management, and forecasting.
  • Reviews program metrics, trends, and anomalies to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Ensures Program Managers balance customer satisfaction with disciplined financial and operational execution.
  • Monitors and assesses Program Manager funding models, ensuring appropriate cost recovery, financial alignment, and sustainability across all assigned enterprise accounts.

Scalability & Continuous Improvement

  • Drives standardization and consistency in tools, processes, and delivery approaches across regions and global accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and maturity of enterprise program delivery.
  • Partners with sales, operations, and service leadership to expand offerings, geographies, and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

  • Established leader with experience directly managing senior program or project management professionals.
  • Comfortable leading through others, influencing outcomes without owning every deliverable personally.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to balance strategic leadership, customer advocacy, and operational discipline.
  • Passionate about developing talent, building high-performing teams, and scaling consistent delivery across complex environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills related to program/project management.
  • Broad based industry and market knowledge of network and low voltage building systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and other workflow management tools.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
  • Advanced financial competencies.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and administration.
  • Conflict management expertise with the ability to resolve differences.
  • Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually and part of a team.
  • Proven abilities to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team building.
  • Understanding of appropriate levels of protection regarding customer personnel, information, and property, both real and intellectual.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving aptitude and techniques.
  • Expertise in implementing program deliverables, leveraging understanding of cultural differences in business practices for other regions or countries.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree desirable.
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 7 years of operations, sales and/or project management experience.
    • 3-5 years' experience managing large/strategic/global programs.
    • Proven performance in operational excellence with complex customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety or building automation.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
