Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global communication strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and lead global communication strategies for crisis management, stakeholder relations, and/or financial communication.
  • Promote or create an intended public image for individuals, groups, or organizations.
  • Manage high-level relationships with executive leadership, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of communications strategies with business goals.
  • Translate complex business concepts into compelling corporate narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all global engagement channels.
  • Prepare and edit organizational publications with firm-wide business objectives, executive visibility programs, press releases, and transaction announcements for internal audiences.
  • Write and/or select material for release to various communications media.
  • Manage media relations and journalist engagement, building and maintaining databases of top-tier journalists across Mexico, US, and Latin America.
  • Manage and optimize digital communication platforms including social media, email campaigns, and the corporate website, using WordPress, Hootsuite, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate PR activities and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and PR.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, PowerBi, and Salesforce CRM reports to analyze and monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI, providing leadership with data-driven insights.
  • Communicate business strategies, financial results, and leadership changes to stakeholders and analysts.

Requirements

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a directly related field of study and 3 years of experience in developing and leading global communication strategies for crisis management, stakeholder relations, and/or financial communications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and editing organizational publications with firm-wide business objectives, executive visibility programs, press releases, and transaction announcements for internal audiences.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics, PowerBi, and Salesforce CRM reports to analyze and monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI, providing leadership with data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing media relations and journalist engagement, building, and maintaining databases of international journalists across Mexico, US, and Latin America.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital communication platforms including social media, email campaigns, and the corporate website, using WordPress, Hootsuite, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM.
