Global Category Manager - Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation (Remote)

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for logistics services including freight and warehousing
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute procurement processes and negotiations
• Establish pricing benchmarks and should-cost models for logistics providers
• Ensure supplier performance, compliance, and alignment with business goals
• Create risk management strategies to secure continuity of supply

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in logistics and procurement
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment is essential
• Proficient in negotiating high-value contracts and partnerships
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
