Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Global Category Leader to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and lifecycle management of Semiconductor Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), tooling, and services. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for both global CAPEX and local suppliers within your assigned category. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, R&D, and equipment support teams across our global manufacturing sites to drive cost-reduction initiatives, mitigate supply chain risks, and optimize operational performance.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering. An MBA, MS, or related advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Proven track record with substantial experience and a deep understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a plus but not required.
Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (highly advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Time Management: Proven ability to balance competing priorities, manage heavy workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently.
Work Environment: This is a 100% on-site role; the successful candidate must be able to work in person at our designated location on a daily basis.
