Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for AI operations within the Global Business Service Center.
• Manage customer due diligence processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage sales activities for institutional clients, focusing on remote work opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance VIP customer relationship management initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in relevant field, including AI operations, customer due diligence, and sales management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin.
• Experience working remotely or in a hybrid model is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
