Global Benefits & Leaves Manager
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to map content accordingly.
We have Company Description: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes company description and job description summary. We'll create an About the role
with paragraphs containing company description and job description overview.
Then Responsibilities: list core responsibilities bullet points.
Then Qualifications: maybe combine Qualifications & Competencies and Knowledge & Skills into Requirements? But we have headings: Qualifications, Skills. Could do Qualifications
for education/experience requirements. Skills
for knowledge & skills.
Then Benefits: list benefits described.
Then Pay: salary ranges.
We should not include Schedule.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The "Notice To Third Party Agencies" is boilerplate; remove.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to keep all substantive info: company description, job description summary, core responsibilities list, qualifications (education/experience), knowledge & skills, benefits, salary ranges, PTO, tuition reimbursement.
Let's extract.

We need Benefits section: list benefits: multiple healthcare and dental plan options, company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) plan with immediate matching and full vesting, Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, exclusive perks, paid time off program (vacation, sick time, paid holidays), tuition reimbursement.
Pay section: salary ranges as given.
We should not include "About the role" heading if we already have company description and job description; but we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we must use those exact headings? It says e.g., but we should use those headings for sections. Probably we should use those headings exactly. So we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Requirements? Could combine Qualifications & Competencies as Requirements? But we already have Qualifications and Skills separate. The list includes Requirements as a possible heading; we could use Requirements for qualifications/experience, and Skills for knowledge & skills. But they also have Qualifications heading. Might be redundant. Safer to follow the list: Use About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. But we have both Qualifications and Skills separate; we could treat Requirements as qualifications/experience, Qualifications as education/experience? Hmm.
Better to map: About the role (company description + job overview). Responsibilities (core responsibilities). Requirements (Qualifications & Competencies). Skills (Knowledge & Skills). Benefits (benefits). Pay (salary ranges). That seems logical.
Thus we will not use a separate Qualifications heading; we will use Requirements for qualifications/experience, and Skills for knowledge & skills.
Let's craft.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: also mention base salary + discretionary variable bonus program. Should include in Pay or Benefits? It's part of total compensation. Could add a sentence in Pay section: "Total compensation includes a base salary and a discretionary variable bonus program, depending on level." Also mention that salary ranges support growth. Add that to Pay section. Also mention that total compensation includes base salary and discretionary variable bonus program. Add to Pay paragraph. Also mention that the ranges allow development etc. Could include. Let's incorporate. Pay section
