Global Banking & Markets Operations - Asset Servicing Pre Event - New York - Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Process voluntary corporate action elections across equity and fixed income products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with market deadlines
• Create and validate announcement information and instruct client and firm elections into DTC/CDS/Euroclear
• Reconcile and distribute entitlements, investigating and resolving exceptions as required
• Actively manage operational risk by identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and applying strong controls
• Possess close collaboration with global partners and client service teams to resolve complex event-related issues
• Support process improvements and control enhancements to reduce risk, increase scalability, and improve client outcomes

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Asset Servicing experience, with strong exposure to voluntary corporate actions
• Deep understanding of corporate action lifecycles, market practices, and election processing
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-risk, time-critical environment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and sound risk judgment
• Clear and effective communicator, able to engage confidently with stakeholders across the organization
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently under pressure
