We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The initial paragraph about Syensqo and description? Actually "About the role" heading should contain description of role. The posting starts with "Syensqo is all about chemistry..." then "We are looking for: Global Electrical EngineerSyensqo is seeking an experienced Global Electrical Engineer..." That's role description. So we can put that in

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "We count on you:" enumerates many responsibilities. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: The "You will bring:" list includes required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 5 years experience, etc.) That's requirements. - Qualifications: The "Preferred Qualifications:" list. - Skills: Might be overlapping; but we can treat some as skills: maybe "Strong technical knowledge..." etc. However we already have requirements and qualifications; we could put skills separate if there is distinct skill list. The posting includes many skill-like items within requirements and qualifications. Could combine but we need to follow instruction: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. For Skills, we could extract skill statements like "Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills..." etc. Those are under "You will bring:" after experience list. Might be considered skills. But we already have Requirements covering those; but we could still create Skills section for those skill statements. However we must avoid thin sections. Let's see if we can separate: Requirements: education, years experience, significant experience. Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe the list of abilities like "Strong technical knowledge...", "Experience designing...", "Strong understanding...", "Proven experience leading...", etc. Those are overlapping with requirements. Might be better to combine Requirements and Qualifications and maybe Skills not needed. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including both required and preferred), Benefits, Pay. That's four sections. Benefits: we have "You will get:" list includes competitive salary and benefits package, salary range, bonus, maternity/paternity leave, training platform, free well-being sessions. That's benefits. Pay: we have salary range specifics. Could separate Pay section for salary range. Benefits could include other benefits. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement etc. Must remove that. Also remove "Additional information:" etc? That's substantive? It says "Join our team and play a key role..." that's more about role; could be part of About the role. We'll incorporate. We must not include location? Location is substantive: "Location: Proximity to one of our Syensqo sites in Anaheim, CA; Greenville, TX; Havre De Grace, MD; Winona, MN; or Piedmont, SC (relocation assistance available for the right candidate) – Global travel required." That's location info; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for location. Could include in About the role as a paragraph. We must not include "About Us" boilerplate? That's generic company description; might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about company. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Us" is not explicitly listed as boilerplate but could be considered generic. However it's part of the posting; we might keep it as part of About the role? It's about company, not role. Might be considered boilerplate but not excluded. Safer to keep it? The instruction says remove boilerplate, but not define what constitutes boilerplate besides those categories. "About Us" could be considered boilerplate but it's not in the list. I'd keep it as part of About the role maybe. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Syensqo is all about chemistry..." appears at start and later maybe not. We'll just include once. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Syensqo is all about chemistry. We’re not just referring to chemical reactions here, but also to the magic that occurs when the brightest minds get to work together. This is where our true strength lies. In you. In your future colleagues and in all your differences. And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. We are looking for: Global Electrical Engineer. Syensqo is seeking an experienced Global Electrical Engineer to join our global engineering team within Composite Materials. Reporting to the Global Automation Lead - Controls, this role will provide technical leadership and engineering expertise for electrical power and distribution systems across our global manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the reliability, safety, modernisation, and long-term strategy of our electrical infrastructure, with a particular focus on industrial power distribution, electrical system upgrades, equipment obsolescence, and capital projects. This is a hands-on global engineering role that combines technical expertise with project execution and strategic planning. The Global Electrical Engineer will personally lead electrical projects while working closely with site engineering teams to identify risks, establish standards, develop investment plans, and improve the resilience and reliability of electrical systems across the organisation. The role will work closely with site engineering and operations teams, EHS, maintenance, automation and controls, senior stakeholders, utilities, and external engineering partners to develop and execute a global electrical roadmap aligned with manufacturing and business priorities. Join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of electrical engineering across Syensqo Composite Materials. This position offers the opportunity to influence our global electrical strategy, modernise critical power infrastructure, and personally lead projects that improve the safety, reliability, and resilience of our manufacturing operations. Location: Proximity to one of our Syensqo sites in Anaheim, CA; Greenville, TX; Havre De Grace, MD; Winona, MN; or Piedmont, SC (relocation assistance available for the right candidate) – Global travel required. About Us Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play. Inspired by the scientific councils which Ernest Solvay initiated in 1911, we bring great minds together to push the limits of science and innovation for the benefit of our customers, with a diverse, global team of more than 13,000 associates. Our solutions contribute to safer, cleaner, and more sustainable products found in homes, food and consumer goods, planes, cars, batteries, smart devices and health care applications. Our innovation power enables us to deliver on the ambition of a circular economy and explore breakthrough technologies that advance humanity. At Syensqo, we seek to promote unity and not uniformity. We value the diversity that individuals bring and we invite you to consider a future with us, regardless of background, age, gender, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, ability or identity. We encourage individuals who may require any assistance or accommodations to let us know to ensure a seamless application experience. We are here to support you throughout the application journey and want to ensure all candidates are treated equally. If you are unsure whether you meet all the criteria or qualifications listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply.

But we need to remove EEO statement etc. The "About Us" paragraph includes some EEO-like statements about diversity etc. That might be considered EEO boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the diversity statement etc. That is part of "About Us". So we should strip that out. Keep only the factual description about Syensqo as a science company, its solutions, innovation power, etc. The diversity statements are EEO. So remove sentences about promoting unity, valuing diversity, encouraging assistance, etc. Also remove the line about "We encourage individuals who may require any assistance..." and "We are here to support you..." and "If you are unsure..." and "Syensqo is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Those are definitely EEO. Thus we need to trim the About Us paragraph to only keep: "Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play. Our innovation power enables us to deliver on the ambition of a circular economy and explore breakthrough technologies that advance humanity." We can keep that. Now Responsibilities: list from "We count on you:" bullet points. We'll convert each line to
