Global Associate Brand Manager - Milagro
Milagro is entering an important phase of global brand growth, and this role offers a strong opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical and creative marketer to help shape how the brand shows up.
About the role
The Global Associate Brand Manager will support the Global Brand Manager and the Global Head of Brand in developing brand plans, market tools and activation guidance that will help the US and future other markets deliver against consumer, commercial and financial objectives. This is a hands-on global marketing role for someone who can combine strong execution with sharp analysis. The successful candidate will own defined workstreams, synthesize performance and market insights, make clear recommendations, and partner with cross-functional and local market teams to deliver consistent, high-quality brand execution across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support annual brand planning for Milagro, helping shape plans, tools and activation guidance for the US and future global markets.
- Lead or support key brand workstreams across creative, PR, influencer, experiential, shopper, e-commerce, paid media, innovation and market toolkits.
- Help ensure Milagro shows up consistently across consumer and trade touchpoints, including packaging, communications, assets and market-facing tools.
- Synthesize performance, consumer and market data to identify opportunities, risks and clear recommendations for growth.
- Partner with sales, local markets, agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver strong, consistent brand execution.
- Support monthly business performance reviews, senior leadership updates and commercial presentations.
- Help manage day-to-day brand operations, including A&P planning, purchase orders, budget tracking and reporting.
- Support Milagro’s presence at key events, media moments, sponsorships and brand activations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible brand management experience within the beverage/alcohol or consumer goods industry.
- 3+ years of experience at a world-class CPG company, alcohol beverage company or agency with 1+ year in brand management.
- Demonstrated track record of leading projects from strategy to execution through to evaluation as well as managing cross-functional teams or agencies.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and task management skills.
- Creativity in problem solving and communications development.
- Strong budget management and analytical skills; proficient in Excel.
- An understanding of the marketing mix and key levers to impact a brand’s performance.
- Experience in managing effective and positive key stakeholder relationships – both externally and internally.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; effective teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $94,902 to $120,000.
