What To Expect

  • Leads global cross-functional teams to develop, align, and execute customer account strategies.

  • Owns the end-to-end execution of global account strategy, driving alignment, accountability, and results across a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Develops and implements business plans to achieve strategic objectives, maximizing sales, revenue, profitability, and Murata’s position in the global Hyperscaler/CSP market.

  • Leverages strong problem-solving, influence, and communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders during negotiations.

  • Facilitates global pricing strategy and coordinates with product divisions and overseas affiliates to ensure competitive and consistent market positioning.

  • Drives the design-win pipeline and long-term growth by aligning internal stakeholders and customer priorities.

  • Supports product roadmap planning by capturing and translating the voice of the customer (VOC) into actionable insights for internal teams.

  • Coordinates engineering teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures clear, consistent communication with customers during new product development engagement.

  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Coaches and develops direct and indirect team members, strengthening cross-functional capability and enabling scalable execution across global teams.

What Is Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

  • 10+ years’ sales experience in an electronic-related or other technical industry.

  • Understanding of the global Hyperscaler/ CSP industry.

  • Experience working for a culturally diverse global company.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies as well as the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives without direct authority.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and visually to diverse audiences.

  • Advanced negotiation and consultative skills, including communication and presentation skills.

How To Stand Out

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

  • Previous manufacturing sales experience.

  • Experience with sales analytics and budget responsibilities.

  • Marketing and market planning knowledge.

  • In-depth knowledge of Hyperscaler/CSP industry and value chain.

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $117,473.00 - $194,711.00
