About the role
Manage all aspects of a Media & Entertainment unique client portfolio of global accounts, including client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, sales, financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability), business planning and reviews, relationship building with key decision makers, staff development, business continuity, and escalation of operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all central communication across regions for both BCD Travel and the client's global initiatives or interests
- Formulate and manage multi-national business plans with the client to increase revenues, decrease costs, better utilize assets, and reduce client attrition
- Create and manage budgets and financials (includes billing, payment & profitability)
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers at all levels within the customer organization, including introducing BCD Travel senior management to the customer
- Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms
- Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes
Requirements
- Extensive travel industry experience in account management
- Experience implementing and managing large market/global clients
- Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
- Experience managing cross-functional work teams
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally on regular basis

Pay
The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Account Manager II, Media & Entertainment is between $95,000 and $135,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
