About the role

The Global Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key commercial relationships within the enterprise market. This role requires strong account management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including executive-level contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B technology or software sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
