About the role
The Global Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key commercial relationships within the enterprise market. This role requires strong account management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the enterprise market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Manage and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
