About the Role

We are a non-union glass company seeking experienced glaziers to fabricate and install aluminum storefront, curtainwall, and related systems. Typical activities include setting glass, installing doors, windows, panels, and screens. On-the-job training is provided for any skills you don’t already have.

Most work begins with reporting to the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems
• Set glass, doors, windows, panels, and screens
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Take instruction from supervisors and senior glaziers
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of glazier experience
• Clear English communication skills
• Clean driving record (no DUI)
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and adapt
