Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered glaucoma care
- Collaborate with the existing team to enhance patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical trials and access to cutting-edge research
- Mentor and develop junior ophthalmologists
Requirements
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current license to practice medicine in Alabama
- Passing scores on all required medical boards
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in glaucoma management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Competitive guaranteed base salary with a two-year ramp period. Production incentives and a commencement bonus are also available.
