About the role

Katzen Eye Group is a premier multi-specialty ophthalmology practice founded in 1968. They are seeking a full-time Glaucoma Specialist to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced and well-established glaucoma specialist and a skilled optometrist as part of a dedicated glaucoma service team.
• Work with leading-edge diagnostic equipment and EMR in a practice known nationally for its technology and innovation.
• Step into a ready-made practice with a steady stream of both clinical and surgical volume.
• Work alongside fellowship-trained colleagues across multiple subspecialties in a culture built on respect and excellence.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an ACGME-accredited residency and completed Glaucoma fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (with intent to certify) by the American Board of Ophthalmology

Qualifications

• Experienced surgeons and current fellows completing training in 2023 or beyond

Pay

• Attractive Base Salary $400K+ Quarterly Production Bonuses (with proven high-earning potential in the top 90th percentile in the US)
