About the role

Spokane Eye Clinic, a leading ophthalmology practice in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a fellowship‑trained Glaucoma Specialist to join its physician‑led group in Spokane, Washington. The practice includes 26 providers (16 MDs, 10 ODs) and four existing glaucoma specialists, offering strong internal referral networks and significant unmet demand across the region. This position supports immediate patient access needs and long‑term succession planning, allowing the new physician to quickly build a busy and sustainable practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to a large, established glaucoma and cataract patient base.
• Maintain a schedule of three clinic days plus one operating‑room day per week (ASC‑based).
• Collaborate with subspecialists and participate in a shared call rotation within the large physician group.
• Engage in mentorship and receive surgical support from experienced colleagues.
• Utilize onsite ASC and laser center resources for patient procedures.
