AI Disclosure Statement At The Boyd Group and all affiliated companies, we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated tools to screen, assess, or select applicants for employment. All hiring decisions are made by real people who review each application individually.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove EEO statements? The posting includes "Glass America is an Equal Opportunity employer." and "Qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and Protected Veterans, are encouraged to apply." Also "Our Commitment The Boyd Group welcomes unique talents..." That's EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate; we should remove it. Also AI Disclosure Statement is boilerplate; remove.
We need to preserve substantive info: job description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits.
We need sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about company and commitment; but that is EEO/boilerplate; we might still have some content about company mission: "Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU. At the Glass America, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward. Ready to grow with a team that’s built for your success? Apply today." That's somewhat marketing but not boilerplate? It's about the role/company. Could be considered "About the role". We can include that as a section.
But we must not repeat the job title as heading. The job title is "Auto Glass Technicians". Not to be used as heading.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role (or About the company) – we have a paragraph describing the team, mission, etc. Use About the role
then
with that content. - Responsibilities – we have "Principle Functions And Responsibilities Including but not limited to:" followed by a list of duties (many repeated). We need to extract unique duties, preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. We should list each duty as
