Glass Production Associate 1 - Full-time - Position Type: Permanent - Shift: 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Glass Production Associate 1 to join our production team.
• In this role, you will plan efficient glass cutting patterns, reduce waste, and support on-time production for our window manufacturing operations.
• - Minimize material waste while meeting production deadlines
• - Interpret work orders and product specifications
• - Communicate cutting plans to operators
• - Monitor glass usage, waste, and yield for improvements
• - Collaborate with production and quality teams
• - Push full carts of Glass
• - Wear Glass Jacket & Chaps when it’s hot & cold
• - Fill out PVA Board

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in glass or window production
• Knowledge of glass types, thicknesses, and handling
• Experience with optimization software (GED Software, etc.) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read tape measure
