Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation on a project.
- Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes a positive partnering relationship among all project team members.
- Captures project scope, complexity, planning and scheduling with client and development of team members.
- Able to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with assigned projects and their integration into the existing environment.
- Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan.
- Manages the project budget development process.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicates effectively with all levels and across the organization.
- Generates submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients.
- Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs’, ASI, etc.
Requirements / Experience
- Qualification in project management techniques or equivalent.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity.
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management software.
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Explorer, Vista, and Outlook.
