Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation on a project.
  • Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes a positive partnering relationship among all project team members.
  • Captures project scope, complexity, planning and scheduling with client and development of team members.
  • Able to identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with assigned projects and their integration into the existing environment.
  • Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan.
  • Manages the project budget development process.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels and across the organization.
  • Generates submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients.
  • Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs’, ASI, etc.

Requirements / Experience

  • Qualification in project management techniques or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity.
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management software.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Explorer, Vista, and Outlook.
