Interim General Ledger Accountant OverviewKorn Ferry Interim is seeking a hands-on Interim General Ledger Accountant with 10 years of accounting experience to support a growing finance organization. The ideal candidate brings strong GL accounting expertise, month-end close experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.Assist with stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.Support equity-related activities, including grant processing, vesting, and option exercise reconciliations.Partner with finance, payroll, and cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.10 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong GL accounting background.Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.Shareworks experience required.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
