GitLab Administrator - Mid with Security Clearance

About the role

Join the Nalley Consulting team at Southcom HQ. Position: GitLab Administrator LCAT: Mid Location: SOUTHCOM HQ, Doral, FL / Off-site Office: U.S. SOUTHERN COMMAND J2

Required education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration.

Required Experience

• Possess the knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows.
• Must be proficient in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills are required to support software development teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure DevSecOps integration.
• Experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Desirable but not required certifications include GitLab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
