GIS Web AI Developer, Senior Associate
About the Role
As a Senior Associate GIS Web AI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications to analyze and visualize geographic data
- Implement GIS Architecture and Conversion techniques to optimize data management and integration
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored GIS solutions
- Navigate complex urban planning and environmental management projects using GIS tools
- Develop strategic plans for natural resource exploration and transportation projects
- Apply analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate actionable insights
- Build meaningful client connections and foster teamwork to achieve project objectives
- Embrace change and intellectual curiosity to adapt to evolving business contexts
- Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct
- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with a Master's of Business Administration or PhD in one or more of the following fields:

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
