About the Role
As a Senior Associate in GIS Integration Support (SAP/OverIT), you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate increasingly complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support business application solutions
- Utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to manage and visualize geographic data
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through software solutions
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Leveraging Geographic Information System (GIS) applications for urban planning and environmental management
- Contributing to team efforts in field service and operations modernization initiatives
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with the following attributes:
- Master's of Business Administration or PhD in one of the following fields: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Experience utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility in complex environments
- Ability to build meaningful client connections and anticipate client needs
- Skill in navigating ambiguity and delivering quality in complex situations
- Deeper understanding of business context and strategy
- Excellent communication and teamwork within client engagements
Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
