GIS Integration Lead (SAP / OverIT), Manager
The GIS Integration Lead (SAP / OverIT), Manager role is a pivotal position focused on optimizing operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and the strategic use of Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to manage and visualize geographic data for fields like urban planning and environmental management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications with SAP and OverIT platforms to enhance client operations.
- Manage and guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of GIS projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Utilize Esri Mapping Software to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data for diverse fields such as urban planning and environmental management.
- Develop and implement GIS architecture solutions to optimize data utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored GIS solutions.
- Oversee the conversion and integration of GIS data to support seamless application functionality.
- Encourage intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team to drive innovation and service excellence.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience.
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with the following:
- Master's of Business Administration or PhD in one of the following fields: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture.
- Experience utilizing Esri Mapping Software for advanced spatial analysis.
- Strong strategic questioning skills to drive project success.
- Analytical thinking to solve complex client challenges.
- Ability to build strong relationships to enhance client engagement.
- Experience applying coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
