Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices.
- Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector.
- Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise GIS solutions using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise technologies across transportation, utility, environmental, and infrastructure domains.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, GIS server administration, enterprise geodatabases, spatial data management, and geospatial application development.
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise components including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, Geo Event Server, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and Survey123.
- Strong Python knowledge.
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Ability to create detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization.
- Proactive approach to conducting benchmarking studies and product research.
- Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

Pay
The estimated annual compensation for this role in Oakland, California is $85,449 to $116,132.
