As a Domain Project Lead 1, you will guide organizations through disruption, unlock value, and drive sustainable growth by leveraging advanced AI and digital technologies. Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives, focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and system configurations.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure project delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Maintain focused governance over project scope and identify additional project opportunities.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Technical experience in GIS Technologies and ArcGIS Enterprise Solutions.
• Experience in the Utility domain, with an understanding of Esri Utility Data Models aligned to North America standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Python, React JS, or AWS Cloud.
