About the role
Responsible for leading the girls volleyball team to victory, developing players' skills, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills
- Manage team budget and resources
- Coordinate with school administration and community partners
- Attend games and practices to provide guidance and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
- Proven experience coaching high school volleyball
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies
- Experience with player development and team building
- Passion for promoting physical activity and sportsmanship
