Girls Volleyball Coach - Assistant

About the role

The Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the team's development, including game strategy, player development, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting new players
• Work closely with the head coach to develop game strategies
• Provide technical training and feedback to players
• Attend games and practices as needed
• Collaborate with other school staff to ensure the success of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching volleyball at the high school level
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check
